• Meet & Greet: First let’s meet for coffee to ensure we are a good fit for each other, a no pressure complimentary consultation. We will go over what Doula support looks like for families, how I can compliment your individual birthing goals and desired birth experience.

• Always Available: Upon the sign of contract and submission of deposit, I am available 24/7 via Phone, Email or Text. Day or Night; I’m here for you. On call for your birth from 37 weeks- 42 weeks.

• Multiple Prenatal Visits & Childbirth prep: Once a Family is officially on my calendar, We will schedule 2 {in person} Prenatal visits in the comfort of your home and additionally one meeting with your provider in the last weeks of your 3rd trimester. Prenatal visit #1 is at 30 weeks, Prenatal visit #2 is at 37 weeks, with each visit lasting close to 3 hours. After our extensive prenatal prep work together including creating your individual birth plan, one-on-one HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education, packing the hospital bags together, Breastfeeding prep with pump assembly, postpartum planning and utilizing my lending library of over 30+ books; Parents will embark on their birth feeling supported, empowered and fully informed: Your Birth. Your Baby. Your Way.

• Personalized Birth Support: Bringing forth over 22 years of birth & postpartum Doula experience, on “game day” Families will receive tailored support, guidance, upmost advocacy, various comfort measures, informed consent, professional collaboration with the birth team and optimal positioning throughout labor/birth. My Doula Bag is well stocked with a robozzo scarf, tens unit, massage gun, Birthing Balls, essential oils and various effective comfort tools in preparation to support you. Your birth plan will be honored and individual preferences are followed: I am committed to do all I can to help make this birth an elevated experience with the best outcomes possible.

• Professional Birth Photography: Families will not need to hire anyone additional to capture these special moments; with my Nikon Z7ii mirrorless camera I will professionally document your birth story including Labor, birth and those first moments of pure bliss! I always honor Parents’ individual photography preferences and desired level of modesty. Families will receive high quality 50-100 edited images delivered within 7-10 days of their birth. I am one of the very few local Doulas who offer professional birth photography INCLUDED within their Doula Package! (over a $1,000+ value!) The images on my website and social media showcase my photography style and previous work as a Certified Birth Photographer.

• Lactation Consulting: For Mothers who desire to Breastfeed, I typically stay 2-3 hours post birth to ensure Mom receives “the golden hour” of skin-to-skin, the first latches are perfect and Breastfeeding begins flawlessly. Your breastfeeding goals are my goals, I’ll be there for the duration of your breastfeeding journey to help you reach them. If you are in need, my lactation support also includes access to healthy prescreened donor milk and a free (Sanitized) Spectra pump for you to rent, up to 1 year. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), former WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor and former Leader for La Leche League with 15 years of professional Lactation experience.

• Labor Nutrition: Adequate nutrition and hydration in labor is backed by science- directly correlating to better stamina, a shorter labor duration and improves birth outcomes. I always bring a cooler full of healthy Food and organic electrolyte hydration drinks to give my clients fuel during Labor and after Birthing-giving your body ample opportunity to perform at its best.

• Ambiance: I will bring twinkle lights, battery candles, illumination dome and birth affirmation cards to decorate your birth space; naturally creating a peaceful environment for you to meet your baby.
  Let’s turn off the lights, turn on the candles, play soft music and welcome your baby with upmost peace, tranquility…and bliss.

• Birthing Pool: For Families delivering at Home, I will provide a Earthside Birth Pool for you to enjoy. “Waterbirth: The Midwives Epidural”. Hydrotherapy offers many benefits to Mom and baby, including increased relaxation, reduced labor duration, while also removing 75%+ of discomfort. No birth pool rental needed, I will provide everything including a liner, floor cover, set up and clean up.

• Back Up Doula: Working as a team with my fellow Doulas, I always have multiple backups available who offer a comparable level of experience and care as I do- always ready to step in on my behalf if ever needed. The use of a backup doula is included, at no additional cost to the Family. I intentionally take on a lower volume of clients (3 to 4 births a month) to significantly reduce the chances of having multiple Moms in labor on the same day/night. Since moving my Doula business to Jacksonville/Nocatee in 2019, I have attended over 160 births locally and used a backup Doula only 3 times..

• Postpartum Support: After the birth Families will receive 2 Postpartum support visits in the comfort of your home to ensure Mom and Baby are bonding, healing and baby is breastfeeding well with optimum weight gain. Postpartum Visit #1 is within 3-7 days post birth and Postpartum Visit #2 is within 10-40 days post birth. Each visit is 2-3 hours in length and will include detailed newborn care, breastfeeding support/guidance, postpartum healing, nutrition guidance, recovery and birth processing discussions. During our first postpartum visit I will bring your family a nutritious warm meal, along with a birthday cake! Don’t worry about dinner those first few days of Postpartum, I will have your Family covered! Let’s celebrate your Birth, your new baby and this beautiful new chapter!
  
  
  HOW TO BOOK THIS PACKAGE:
  To secure your birth on my Doula calendar a non refundable retainer fee of $800 is due along with a signed contract.
  Payment structure: $800 is due at Prenatal #1 (30 weeks)
  $800 is due at Prenatal #2 (37 weeks)
  All fees ($2400) are paid in full by 37 weeks or at the birth, whichever comes first.
